Haynes 25 (L-605)/ UNS R30605/ W. Nr. 2.4964

Haynes 25 (L-605), also designated as UNS R30605 and W.Nr. 2.4964, is a cobalt-nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy known for its excellent corrosion resistance and high strength. The alloy combines superior resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion, along with good mechanical properties across a wide temperature range, making it ideal for aggressive chemical and marine environments.

Haynes 25 is commonly used in chemical processing, seawater handling, heat exchangers, marine equipment, and pollution control systems. Available in plates, sheets, tubes, bars, and fabricated components, it provides reliable performance in applications requiring both corrosion resistance and structural integrity under harsh conditions.
