Zeron 100, also known as UNS S32760 and W.Nr. 1.4501, is a super duplex stainless steel alloy developed for outstanding corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength. With its high content of chromium, molybdenum, tungsten, and nitrogen, it provides excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride stress corrosion cracking.
Zeron 100 is widely used in offshore oil and gas, desalination plants, chemical processing, and marine engineering. Its superior corrosion resistance in aggressive environments, especially in seawater and brine, makes it an ideal material for long-lasting structural and pressure-containing applications.
