Hastelloy C-22 (Alloy C-22), with UNS N06022 and W.Nr. 2.4602, is a versatile nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy known for its outstanding resistance to a wide range of corrosive media. It performs exceptionally well in oxidizing and reducing environments, offering excellent protection against pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in harsh chemical processing conditions.

Thanks to its superior corrosion resistance, Hastelloy C-22 is widely used in industries such as chemical processing, marine, pollution control, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Common applications include reactors, scrubbers, heat exchangers, and piping systems where long-term reliability and resistance to aggressive chemicals are critical.
