Hastelloy G-30 (Alloy G-30), with UNS N06030 and W.Nr. 2.4603, is a highly corrosion-resistant nickel-molybdenum alloy. It provides excellent protection against aggressive environments, including sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and other highly corrosive media, making it ideal for chemical processing applications.
This alloy combines excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, even at elevated temperatures. Hastelloy G-30 is widely used in industries such as chemical processing, power generation, and pollution control, particularly for components like reactors, heat exchangers, and piping systems that require superior corrosion resistance and strength.
