Monel K-500 (Alloy 500), with UNS N05500 and W.Nr. 2.4375, is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant nickel-copper alloy. It offers exceptional resistance to seawater, acids, and other corrosive environments, making it ideal for demanding applications in marine, aerospace, and chemical industries.
Monel K-500 combines the strength and hardness of age-hardening alloys with the excellent corrosion resistance of Monel 400. It is widely used for components such as shafts, valves, and pumps, where high strength and durability are required under extreme conditions.
