Nimonic 105 (UNS N12105, W.Nr. 2.4634) is a nickel-chromium-cobalt alloy strengthened by additions of molybdenum, aluminum, and titanium. It is designed to deliver exceptional high-temperature strength, creep resistance, and oxidation resistance, making it suitable for service in severe thermal environments. This alloy maintains structural stability under prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures.

Typical applications of Nimonic 105 include gas turbine blades, discs, rings, bolts, aerospace fasteners, and high-performance engine components. Its combination of mechanical strength and corrosion resistance makes it a preferred choice in the aerospace, power generation, and industrial gas turbine industries.
