Nimonic 75/UNS N06075

Nimonic 75, designated as UNS N06075, is a nickel-chromium alloy known for its excellent oxidation and scaling resistance at high temperatures. While it offers moderate strength, its superior corrosion resistance and fabricability make it ideal for components exposed to thermal cycling and oxidizing environments.

Typical applications of Nimonic 75 include gas turbine parts, furnace components, heat treatment fixtures, and chemical processing equipment. Its good mechanical properties and stability in high-temperature atmospheres make it widely used in aerospace, power generation, and industrial heating systems.
