DescriptionHastelloy C-276 bar is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy with an exceptional ability to resist strong oxidizing and reducing agents. It provides outstanding corrosion resistance to a wide range of chemical environments, including ferric and cupric chlorides, hot contaminated mineral acids, solvents, and seawater. This makes it one of the most versatile corrosion-resistant alloys available.
Hastelloy C-276 demonstrates excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. It performs exceptionally well in both oxidizing and reducing conditions, maintaining its mechanical properties and toughness at elevated temperatures. Common applications include chemical processing equipment, pollution control systems, heat exchangers, and marine engineering components.
We supply Hastelloy C-276 round bars, rods, and forged bars in various sizes and conditions, customized according to your technical requirements.
