DescriptionIncoloy 800 wire is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy designed for excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and high-temperature corrosion. It offers good strength and structural stability at elevated temperatures, making it suitable for continuous service in demanding thermal environments.
The alloy performs reliably in both oxidizing and mildly reducing atmospheres and shows excellent resistance to stress-corrosion cracking. Incoloy 800 wire is widely used in heat-treatment equipment, industrial furnaces, petrochemical processing, power generation, and thermal processing systems. It also provides good formability and weldability for precision wire applications.
