Incoloy 800HT Plates
Description

Incoloy 800HT plate is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy designed for excellent strength and superior resistance to oxidation, carburization, and high-temperature corrosion. It is a modified version of Incoloy 800 and 800H, optimized with controlled carbon, aluminum, and titanium content to provide enhanced creep and rupture strength at elevated temperatures.

This alloy maintains outstanding structural stability and metallurgical integrity up to 1100°C (2010°F), making it ideal for use in heat exchangers, furnace components, petrochemical processing equipment, and power generation systems. Incoloy 800HT also offers good resistance to stress-corrosion cracking and oxidation in both oxidizing and carburizing environments.
