DescriptionIncoloy 800HT wire is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with higher carbon content and controlled aluminum and titanium additions, providing excellent creep rupture strength and structural stability at elevated temperatures. It offers outstanding resistance to oxidation, carburization, and high-temperature corrosion in long-term service conditions.
Compared with Incoloy 800 and 800H, Incoloy 800HT wire delivers superior high-temperature strength, making it suitable for the most demanding thermal applications. It is widely used in industrial furnaces, heat exchangers, petrochemical processing, power generation equipment, and other high-temperature structural components. The alloy also provides good weldability and formability for precision wire applications.
