DescriptionIncoloy 825 wire is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper, and titanium, engineered for excellent resistance to corrosion in both oxidizing and reducing environments. It provides outstanding durability in acids, alkalis, seawater, and high-temperature industrial atmospheres.
The alloy maintains good mechanical strength, thermal stability, and resistance to stress-corrosion cracking, making it ideal for chemical processing, offshore oil & gas, pollution control equipment, and nuclear applications. Incoloy 825 wire also offers excellent formability and weldability for precision wire manufacturing.
