Description

Inconel 625 powder is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy powder known for its outstanding corrosion resistance, high strength, and excellent performance in extreme environments. Strengthened by solid-solution elements such as molybdenum and niobium, it provides superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, oxidation, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking.

The powder exhibits excellent thermal stability and mechanical properties across a wide temperature range, making it suitable for additive manufacturing (3D printing), thermal spraying, laser cladding, metal injection molding, and powder metallurgy applications. Inconel 625 powder is widely used in aerospace, marine engineering, chemical processing, oil & gas, and high-temperature industrial components.
