Monel 400 Bar
Description

Monel 400 bar is a solid-solution nickel-copper alloy known for its excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and toughness over a wide temperature range. It performs exceptionally well in marine and chemical environments, especially against seawater, hydrofluoric acid, and alkaline solutions. The alloy retains its mechanical properties from sub-zero temperatures up to about 550°C (1020°F).

Because of its outstanding resistance to corrosion and stress cracking, Monel 400 is widely used in marine engineering, chemical processing, oil and gas systems, and heat exchanger components. It also offers excellent weldability and machinability, making it suitable for manufacturing shafts, valves, fasteners, and pump components.

We supply Monel 400 bars in round, square, and hex forms, available in various sizes and conditions (hot-rolled, cold-drawn, or precision-ground) according to customer specifications.
