Monel 400 Sheets

Description

Monel 400 sheet is a nickel-copper alloy known for its excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and good weldability. It performs exceptionally well in a wide range of environments, particularly in seawater, hydrofluoric acid, and alkaline solutions. The alloy maintains its mechanical properties from sub-zero temperatures up to around 550°C (1020°F), making it suitable for both cryogenic and moderate high-temperature applications.

Due to its outstanding resistance to saltwater and corrosive chemicals, Monel 400 is widely used in marine engineering, chemical processing, oil and gas production, and heat exchangers. It also offers excellent toughness and resistance to stress-corrosion cracking in most neutral and alkaline conditions.

We supply Monel 400 sheets in various thicknesses and surface finishes, available in annealed or customized conditions to meet specific industrial requirements.
