DescriptionMonel 400 wire is a nickel-copper alloy known for its excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and good performance in a wide range of harsh environments. It offers outstanding resistance to seawater, hydrofluoric acid, alkalis, and many organic and inorganic acids, while also providing good resistance to stress-corrosion cracking.
The alloy maintains stable mechanical properties over a broad temperature range and delivers excellent ductility and toughness. Monel 400 wire is widely used in marine engineering, chemical processing, oil & gas equipment, heat exchangers, springs, and fasteners where both strength and corrosion resistance are required.
