Description

Monel K-500 bar is a nickel-copper alloy strengthened by aluminum and titanium precipitation, offering exceptional corrosion resistance combined with significantly higher strength and hardness than Monel 400. It maintains excellent performance in seawater, chemical environments, and alkaline solutions, while providing superior resistance to pitting, stress-corrosion cracking, and erosion.

The alloy retains its mechanical properties over a wide temperature range and provides outstanding toughness at sub-zero temperatures. Monel K-500 bars are widely used in marine engineering, pump shafts, valve components, oil & gas equipment, fasteners, and other high-strength corrosion-resistant applications.

We supply Monel K-500 bars in hot-rolled, cold-drawn, or age-hardened conditions, with various diameters and lengths customized to meet specific industry requirements.
