Monel K-500 Plate
Description

Monel K-500 Plate is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-copper alloy that offers significantly higher strength and hardness than Monel 400 while maintaining excellent corrosion resistance. Also known as UNS N05500 / W.Nr. 2.4375, Monel K-500 combines high mechanical strength, good toughness, and excellent resistance to seawater and other corrosive environments.

We supply Monel K-500 plates in various thicknesses, widths, and lengths for demanding applications in marine engineering, oil and gas, chemical processing, pumps, valves, shafts, fasteners, and other industrial equipment. The alloy can be supplied in different heat-treatment conditions to meet required mechanical properties and application requirements.

Monel K-500 Plate can be manufactured or supplied according to applicable ASTM, ASME, AMS, or customer-specific specifications.
