Monel K-500 Tubes
Description

Monel K-500 tube is a nickel-copper alloy that combines the excellent corrosion resistance of Monel 400 with greater strength and hardness achieved through age-hardening. This alloy maintains outstanding performance in marine and chemical environments, offering exceptional resistance to seawater, salt spray, and a wide range of acids and alkalis.

With high tensile and yield strength, Monel K-500 retains its toughness and ductility even at sub-zero temperatures. It also shows excellent resistance to stress-corrosion cracking and erosion in both flowing seawater and chemical processing conditions. Typical applications include marine shafts, pump shafts, fasteners, valves, and heat exchanger tubing.
