DescriptionNickel 201 wire is a low-carbon, commercially pure nickel alloy developed for improved performance at elevated temperatures. With a minimum nickel content of 99.6% and reduced carbon content compared with Nickel 200, it offers enhanced resistance to intergranular embrittlement and better stability in high-temperature service.
The alloy provides excellent corrosion resistance in reducing environments, outstanding resistance to alkalis and caustic solutions, and good thermal and electrical conductivity. Nickel 201 wire is widely used in chemical processing equipment, heat exchangers, electronic components, aerospace applications, and high-temperature industrial systems requiring high-purity nickel materials.
