DescriptionNimonic 75 plate is a nickel-chromium alloy strengthened by controlled additions of titanium and carbon. It is known for its excellent oxidation and scaling resistance at high temperatures, combined with good mechanical properties and ease of fabrication. This alloy performs reliably in service temperatures up to around 950°C (1740°F), making it ideal for components exposed to heat and oxidation.
Nimonic 75 offers stability and strength under thermal stress, providing consistent performance in turbine engines, exhaust systems, and heat treatment equipment. Its corrosion resistance and formability also make it suitable for use in chemical and industrial furnace applications.
We supply Nimonic 75 plates in various thicknesses, dimensions, and surface finishes, tailored according to customer specifications for aerospace, energy, and industrial uses.
