Nimonic 75 Sheet
Description

Nimonic 75 sheet is a nickel-chromium alloy strengthened by controlled additions of titanium and carbon. It offers excellent oxidation and scaling resistance at high temperatures, combined with good mechanical properties and ease of fabrication. This alloy is widely used in applications requiring strength and stability under heat, such as gas turbine components, exhaust systems, and heat treatment equipment.

Nimonic 75 has a maximum operating temperature of around 950°C (1740°F) and provides outstanding resistance to corrosion and oxidation in both air and combustion gases. Its balanced composition ensures superior performance in thermal stress conditions, making it an ideal material for aerospace, chemical processing, and industrial furnace parts.
