Nimonic 80A Wire
Description

Nimonic 80A wire is a precipitation-hardened nickel-chromium alloy strengthened by titanium and aluminum, offering excellent high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and creep resistance. It maintains stable mechanical properties at elevated temperatures, making it suitable for long-term service in demanding thermal environments.

The alloy is widely used in aerospace engines, gas turbines, industrial furnaces, and high-temperature fasteners where strength and reliability under heat are critical. Nimonic 80A wire also provides good fatigue resistance, formability, and weldability for precision wire and spring applications.
