Nimonic 90 Rod
Description

Nimonic 90 alloy rod is a nickel-chromium-cobalt alloy designed for outstanding high-temperature strength, creep resistance, and oxidation resistance. It maintains excellent mechanical stability and dimensional integrity at temperatures up to approximately 980°C (1800°F), making it ideal for demanding thermal environments.

Widely used in aerospace, gas turbines, and industrial furnace applications, Nimonic 90 rods provide exceptional fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, and long-term performance under high stress. The alloy’s combination of strength, toughness, and thermal stability makes it suitable for precision components, fasteners, shafts, and specialized mechanical parts.
