Nimonic 90 Spring
Description

Nimonic 90 spring is a nickel-chromium-cobalt alloy spring designed for exceptional high-temperature strength, creep resistance, and oxidation resistance. Engineered to perform reliably in extreme thermal environments, it maintains dimensional stability and mechanical performance at temperatures up to approximately 980°C (1800°F).

This alloy is widely used in aerospace, gas turbines, and high-temperature industrial applications where precision, durability, and thermal stability are critical. Nimonic 90 springs provide excellent fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, and creep strength, making them ideal for high-performance valves, fasteners, and specialized mechanical components exposed to sustained heat and stress.
