Nimonic 90 Wire

Description

Nimonic 90 wire is a nickel-chromium-cobalt alloy known for its excellent high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and creep resistance. Designed to withstand extreme thermal environments, it maintains mechanical stability and performance at temperatures up to approximately 980°C (1800°F).

This alloy is widely used in aerospace, gas turbines, and industrial furnace applications where reliable performance under high stress and heat is critical. Nimonic 90 wire also offers good ductility, corrosion resistance, and fatigue strength, making it ideal for precision components, fasteners, and heating elements exposed to prolonged high-temperature conditions.
