Nimonic 80A (Alloy 80A), nota anche come UNS N07080 e W.Nr. 2.4952, 2.4631, è una lega nichel-cromo ad alta resistenza progettata per applicazioni ad alta temperatura. Presenta un'ottima resistenza all'ossidazione e alla carburazione, nonché un'eccezionale resistenza a temperature elevate, rendendolo ideale per turbine a gas e altri ambienti ad alto stress.
Le applicazioni comuni del Nimonic 80A includono pale di turbine a gas, componenti del motore e parti di forni industriali. La sua capacità di mantenere le proprietà meccaniche sotto elevato stress termico lo rende un materiale preferito per l'industria aerospaziale e della generazione di energia.
