AL-6XN®, 別名 UNS N08367, is a high-performance super austenitic stainless steel designed for excellent resistance to chloride pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. With its high nickel (24%), molybdenum (6.3%), and nitrogen content, AL-6XN® performs exceptionally well in harsh environments such as seawater, brine, and strong chemical solutions.
Commonly used in food processing, marine applications, pharmaceutical manufacturing, pulp and paper bleaching, and heat exchangers, AL-6XN® offers superior corrosion resistance and good formability. It is an ideal choice when 316L or 904L stainless steel is not sufficient for aggressive corrosion conditions.
